You will play a key role in the commercial development of our web shop naty.com. We are today running our e-commerce in 14 markets worldwide. Your task is to develop the business and grow revenues.

You have a digital sales and marketing mindset and understand e-commerce. We expect you to have strong organisational skills and attention to details to deliver a high quality execution. You are proactive and have a positive outlook. You are commercially analytical and execute plans and strategies to develop the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's e-commerce DTC sales
• Together with marketing team, create and implement campaigns and marketing           activities
• Maintain and update our e-commerce platform/CMS
• Drive improvements on site
• Create and implement emails for email marketing activity
• Manage customer support agents and assist when necessary
• Run affiliate program
• Responsible for maintaining reviews on Trustpilot
• Day-to-day contact with development agency for updates and to test newly             implemented functionality
• Liaise with markets for market specific updates

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce
• Experience using Google - Tag Manager/Analytics/Search Console
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an advantage
• Experience of running A/B tests
• Fluent in Swedish and/or English

Education
We will give priority to applicants with a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree.

Practical details
Our office is located on Södermalm, Stockholm. You will report to our CEO.
